To Drive Profits, PT Martina Berto Tbk Hold a Workshop for the Sales Marketing Division

Holding regular workshops is one of Martha Tilaar Group's commitments to improve and maintain the quality of the company's performance, especially for the Sales & Marketing division. Through workshops and training, leaders and teams in the division are brought together to review and re-align the vision and annual performance targets.

In the workshop, participants not only receive direction and guidance from leaders, but they are also expected to be able to convey obstacles, provide input, evaluate programs and propose program initiatives, so that they can become discussion material that will be useful for implementation in the field. On the other hand, the leaders will monitor the progress of the team's performance while providing direction if there are things that need to be optimized, as well as seeing the team's potential.

Just held this September, PT Martina Berto Tbk held a workshop which was attended by Area Sales Managers in the Java Island area. Through this workshop, it is hoped that Area Sales Managers will be sharper in planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating, which are the 4 crucial steps in assessing a program run by the sales & marketing team throughout the year, so that their performance can increase company's profits.
