MSIB MTDP Batch 7 Program is Officially Ends

On Monday (23/12), 33 students who participating in the MSIB Batch 7
program did a presentation in front of the Martha Tilaar Group’s BOD as
the final assignment for the internship program at Martha Tilaar Group. A
total of 6 selected people presented projects carried out during the
internship at Martha Tilaar Group business units, including the Martha
Tilaar Academy. They presented their work results and innovation ideas
that have the potential and are applicable to be implemented in the
company. From the presentation, the examiners consisting of BODs
assessed the extent of the student’s understanding and creativity
related to the field of work they were working in.
As the
presentation ends, the MSIB MTDP Batch 7 program at Martha Tilaar Group
is also ended. Hopefully all the knowledge and experience provided by
the mentors during the internship period can be applied by the students
when entering professional world, so they can give the best performance
in their work.
The day before, Martha Tilaar Group also held
makeup training for these students who had undergone the 3-month
internship program. The makeup training for the students was presented
directly by the Martha Tilaar makeup artist team and also supported by
Sariayu Martha Tilaar. Through this training, students are expected to
not only be able to work in the professional world, but also be able to
maintain their appearance as one of the important points. With the right
appearance and makeup, employees are expected to be able to appear as
good representatives of the company.
In addition to the makeup
training, MSIB MTDP Batch 7 participants were also introduced to
Kampoeng Djamoe Organik (KaDO)’s profile in Sukabumi and see a
demonstration of making healthy juice by KaDO which is made from fruits,
vegetables, and other natural ingredients. Last but not least, MSIB
MTDP Batch 7 participants were also do creative activity, which is
painting recycled pots made from used plastic containers. Taking the
theme of nature and the environment, this activity is expected to
increase the creativity of the younger generation and their awareness of
the importance of protecting the environment.
