Facing the Challenges of 2025, Martha Tilaar Group is Ready to Apply the Spirit of Dare to be Different
In order to be more prepared and confident in moving forward in 2025,
Martha Tilaar Group business units, including PT Martina Berto Tbk, PT
Sinergi Global Servis, PT Cedefindo, PT Creative Style, and PT Tara
Parama Semesta, are carrying out various agendas to improve synergy and
work performance, starting from annual work meetings to training and
workshops to improve communication skills and employee potential.
One
of the 2025 Annual Meetings held by the Sales & Marketing team of
PT Martina Berto Tbk and PT Sinergi Global Servis took the theme Dare to
be Different to Drive Growth & Maximize Profitability. The annual
meeting was held on 13-17 January 2025 in the Griya Cipta Wanita Room,
PT Martina Berto Tbk, Jakarta, and was attended by the Central and
regional Sales & Marketing teams.
“To achieve different,
better results, of course we need to carry out different strategies than
usual. We apply it this year. We need to dare to think differently,
dare to innovate, be effective and efficient in work synergy to achieve
the growth and profit we are targeting this year," said the CEO of
Martha Tilaar Group, Dr. Kilala Tilaar, in his speech at the 2025 Annual
Meeting Sales & Marketing: Dare to be Different to Drive Growth
& Maximize Profitability.
Not just performance evaluation
meetings, there are also training and workshops featuring a Facilitative
Trainer, Dedy Marquiz. It is hoped that this training will provide a
lot of insight into optimizing employee potential, increasing creative
stimulation, and strengthening leadership in the company.
Through
this annual work meeting, Martha Tilaar Group hopes that its business
units can further improve their strategy and performance to increase the
company's profitability. With the courage to be different and a spirit
of innovation, we hope that each business unit of the Martha Tilaar
Group will be better prepared to face challenges and realize the work
commitments and targets of the Martha Tilaar Group in 2025.
