Entrepreneur Community Visitation to PT Cedefindo with Yuswohady

On Wednesday (12/02), one of the Martha Tilaar Group business units, PT Cedefindo, is visited by some community friends, they are Memberi, TDA, and Kagama Community which was initiated by Yuswohady, a business consultant who is also the author of around 40 marketing books. This visit was packaged as a Factory Visit & Talkshow with the theme Skin Care Effect: The Rise of Indie Brands, The Birth of Ecosystem Brand, and presented three speakers, they are Dr. Kilala Tilaar (CEO of Martha Tilaar Group), Ruskha Soedibyo (Co-Founder of Reine Beauty), and Emyranza (Founder of Smith Men Supply), with Yuswohady as the mentor of the talkshow.

Through the talk show session, as an insight for the participants whom most of them are entrepreneurs, Dr. Kilala explained that the business model run by the Martha Tilaar Group through PT Cedefindo, has becoming an ecosystem company for many indie cosmetic brands in Indonesia. According to Dr. Kilala is a company that pays attention to upstream to downstream processes, not only well for the sustainability of the company, but also for the sustainability of the community, entrepreneurs and the Indonesian beauty industry ecosystem itself.

"We as entrepreneurs, apart from seeking profit of course, must be able to provide benefits to the people around us. At least that's what Martha Tilaar Group is implementing, creating a sustainable business from upstream to downstream," said Dr. Kilala.

Apart from the insightful talk show, the participants were also invited to see several areas at PT Cedefindo which were expected to enrich their insight into the production of beauty products. From this visitation, participants were able to see how PT Cedefindo's RND team ensures that every beauty product produced has passed the safe formulation and quality control stages under the supervision of their experts team.
