Martha Tilaar Salon Day Spa Received the Best Spa in HAPA Regional 2016-2018
For the second time, Martha Tilaar Salon Day Spa received an honor from Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA). This 2016, Martha Tilaar Salon Day Spa received HAPA Regional 2016-2018 for Spa of the Year category. The award is handed by Jennifer Ong, the Founder of HAPA, and received by Wulan Tilaar as the Vice Chairwoman Martha Tilaar Group and the Director of PT Cantika Puspa Pesona, which is the umbrella company of Martha Tilaar Salon Day Spa.
This achievement is an implementation of Martha Tilaar Salon Day Spa’s concistency to be the best  Indonesia spa and salon that put the customer’s satisfaction first. Before this, Martha Tilaar Salon Day Spa received HAPA in 2013 (read here: https://goo.gl/NfTrl1), which held in Nusa Dua, Bali. HAPA Regional 2016-2018 was held in Berjaya Times Squae Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on November 11, 2016.
Hopefully HAPA will always be an appreciation event for hotel industry and related industry, including spa, who maintain their product and service quality and concistency, and also trigger health competitiveness and growth in the industry.Â
