Miftakul Jannah Ramadhani Confident is Her Key to Gold Medal in Asian Skills Competition 2018

On August 31-September 4, there were 44 competitors who took part as Indonesia delegations to compete in Asian Skiils Competition 2018. One of those was Miftakul Jannah Ramadhani or Mefta who compete for Hairdressing category. Under Puspita Martha International Beauty School direction, Mefta has successfully made great achievement. She won gold medal.

Her achievement in Asian Skills Competition 2018 (ASC 2018) which held in Thailand begun from her step to follow competition in city, province and national level. She won the third place in national level before chosen to participate in ASC 2018 and got the opportunity to be trained in Puspita Martha International Beauty School for one year.

“Before the competition in ASC, we should learn and understand technical deion and test project that is also contain some informations about what’s allowed and not allowed during the competition. We also explore our hairdressing technique and synchronized our operation standard with other contries,” said Mefta when asked about her preparation. “During my training days in Puspita Martha, we were taught some more detail hairdressing techniques, client and customer handling accuracy, and speed technique while keeping the sanitation and hygiene good,” she added.   

Although she compete with other 12 competitors in Hairdressing category from Thailand, Singapore, Philipine, Vietnam, and Malaysia, Mefta face it with possitive mind. “In the competition, I think all the competitors are great, I feel that their skill is not easy to beat. Even so, I face it with confident and put my fate to God. I try to calm myself in doing all test project and do my best,” she said. With all of her efforts, she successfully brought gold mdal from ASC 2018.   

This achievement didn’t make Mefta feel satisfied yet, she still wants to find much more experience and explore her skill in hairdressing. We wish her dream to be the best professional hairdressing will come true.
