Implementing the Company’s Pillars, Martha Tilaar Group Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Midwifery Academy of RSPAD Gatot Soebroto

Through many kinds of activities based on 4 pillars of the company, which are Beauty Green, Beauty Education, Beauty Culture, and Empowering Women, Martha Tilaar Group always sticks to its commitment to developing community empowerment. One of the implementations of that commitments is by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between PT Martina Berto Tbk as one of Martha Tilaar Group unit businesses with the Midwifery Academy of RSAPD Gatot Soebroto (now transformed into STIKES) whom under the umbrella of Wahana Bhakti Karya Husana Foundation.

The signing event was held at Griya Cipta Wanita PT Martina Berto Tbk and done by Bryan Tilaar as the President Director of PT Martina Berto Tbk and the Lieutenant Colonel Ckm (K) who is also the Director of the Midwifery Academy of RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, Ns. Laurentia Dewi F, M.Kep. According to her, the main objective of this cooperation is to increase the development and complementary competency of obstetrics.   

The Midwifery Academy of RSPAD Gatot Soebroto now has transformed into STIKES RSPAD Gatot Soebroto by adding two new programs, Bachelor Degree in Midwifery (8 semesters) and a midwifery professional course (3 semesters). At the implementation, Martha Tilaar Group and STIKES RSPAD Gatot Soebroto team in collaboration to make the curriculum of complementary treatment of the Midwifery study program. Moreover, Kampoeng Djamoe Organik of Martha Tilaar Group will also share experiences and insights in jamu, massage, and herbal medication field to STIKES RSPAD Gatot Soebroto students.

At the same time, Dr. (H.C) Martha Tilaar, Founder & Chairwoman Martha Tilaar Group expressed her gratitude for the collaboration, “Thank you for the opportunity that RSPAD Jakarta gave to Martha Tilaar Group through our unit business, PT Martina Berto Tbk, so we could hand in hand to give our contribution, including our experience and expertise in Indonesia medicine plants, and knowledge that will improve the Midwifery student’s skills.”
