DR.(H.C) Martha Tilaar to Appreciate the Launch of SKKNI by the Ministry of Manpower
Last Wednesday (8/12), the Ministry of Manpower launched Indonesia National Work Competency Standard –Standard Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI)— for Beauty, Spa, and Karaoke Guide Field at Job Training Development Center Bekasi, West Java. According to the Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah in her speech that day, SKKNI for spa, karaoke guide, and beauty workers including salon will give offer protection and competency for them, so they will ready to face competition in working life.
Not only just to increase individual capability, but SKKNI also aims to support the development and the recovery of the tourism and creative economy sector. “We want to build competent human resources/workers in the tourism and creative economic including beauty, spa, karaoke guide with global competency,” said Ida.
To represent Martha Tilaar Group, DR.(H.C) Martha Tilaar who also attend the event express her appreciation for this program. She is thankful that the Ministry give her support to the beauty industry in Indonesia, including cosmetic brands, spa, and beauty school owned by Martha Tilaar. That day, DR.
