Ruang Belajar Alex Tilaar’s Collaboration for Local Indonesia Spring Market 2022
As its contribution to push the growth of Indonesia creative industry, Ruang Belajar Alex Tilaar is in collaboration with Lokal Indonesia to hold Lokal Indonesia Spring Market 2022. Held on 3-5 June, 2022, at Ruang Belajar Alex Tilaar, K.H. Wahid Hasyim St. No.27 Central Jakarta, the bazaar that officially opened by DR.(H.C) Martha Tilaar presents various kind of eco friendly handmade products from dozens of Indonesia SMEs.
Said by the Head of Lokal Indonesia, Caroline Tobing, the aims of Lokal Indonesia Spring Market is to promote local products and to make Indonesia handcrafters and SMEs have the opportunity to meet wider range of customers. It can be seen that during the three days of the bazaar, the customers is not only from the locals, but also foreigners who interest to buy Indonesia handicrafts and products from the SMEs.
Wulan Tilaar from Ruang Belajar Alex Tilaar expresses the same thing. She thinks Indonesia can produce good quality products that able to compete with other countries. With this confidence, Ruang Belajar Alex Tilaar excited to take part in Local Indonesia Spring Market 2022.
There were about 30 SME’s booth that participated on the event, including Martha Tilaar SPA and Roemah Martha Tilaar from Gombong. Martha Tilaar SPA provides hand and foot spa for the customers who feel tired after their shopping day. They only need to pay Rp50.000,- to get 15 minutes of relaxing treatment from Martha Tilaar SPA’s professional therapist. Not only massage treatment, Martha Tilaar SPA also provides free ginger tea that can be enjoyed by the customers and regular massage voucher for those who needs it as a gift. Meanwhile, at Roemah Martha Tilaar’s booth, they sell many kind of SME’s products from Gombong and provides information center for whoever wants to know about Gombong and Roemah Martha Tilaar more.
