On CEO Talk, Kilala Tilaar Gives Encouragement to Lift Employee’ Spirit

The second semester of 2022 will become the moment for Martha Tilaar Group to rise and continue its journey since the pandemic hit the Indonesian beauty industry in March 2019. For that reason, slowly but surely, Martha Tilaar Groups continues to strive to encourage and improve the company’s performance, one of the ways is through the CEO Talk that was held last Thursday (28/7).
 
In the CEO Talk, Kilala Tilaar as the CEO of Martha Tilaar Group shared some information and insights about the company’s performance growth over the last few months. According to his presentation, although the company continued to strive to achieve the expected target, in the first semester, Martha Tilaar Group has successfully reduced significant number of company losses compared to previous years. “If there were times when we had to go through the loss and survival phase due to the pandemic, now it’s time for us to hand in hand work harder and smarter to enter the recovery and growth phase,” said Kilala.
  
Not only pointless words to please everyone, but Kilala also presented data, numbers, and facts that show growth in the first semester of 2022 sales balance that hoped to lift the spirit of the employees, especially at the managerial level. Kilala also shares the second semester that expects to grow better, for a company has run some its strategies, such as distributors channel expansion, e-Commerce utilization, and financial management that are more efficient and promising.
