In Collaboration with SME Ministry, PT Cantika Puspa Pesona Signed MoU to Empower Micro Business in Beauty and Beauty Service Sector

Bandar Lampung (7/10) – Held at Hotel Golden Tulip Springhill Bandar Lampung, the Director of PT Cantika Puspa Pesona (one of business units of Martha Tilaar Group that is the umbrella company of Martha Tilaar SPA) Wulan Tilaar and Dr. Yulius MA, the Deputy of Micro Business Sector, Ministry of SME agreed to sign the MoU for Micro Business Empowerment in Beauty and Wellness Service.

“We are honored to hold this collaboration with the SME Ministry. We hope this cooperation will be our platform to together develop micro business in beauty and wellness sector that can create sustainable programs to expand and grow professional, competent, and high competitiveness micro entrepreneurs,” said Wulan Tilaar.

With a program that has been prepared carefully by experienced team and trainers, Wulan optimist the aims can be manifested.  The training program will include training to create tough and positive wellness entrepreneurs. It will consist of soft and hard skill materials that will allow the participants to know and learn body treatment skills and Indonesia traditional treatments, and will be conclude with certification by the Indonesia National Certificate Competency Association. Meanwhile, the soft skill material will consist of PACE program (Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement) that aim to know and explore self skill and potential in daily basis, and also service excellent material so they know how to give excellent service to the customers.

Next, there will be TOKA training (Tanaman Obat, Kosmetic, Aromatik –Aromatic, Cosmetic, and Medicine Plants). The training modules that will be given to the participants consist of some aspects about TOKA management from the beginning step, cultivation, field, to its use for family health and beauty. Last but not least, entrepreneurs training that target SME entrepreneurs who want to develop their business. The aims of this training are to make SME entrepreneurs to have conceptual yet practical understanding about entrepreneurship.

The modules is composed by years of practical experiences of SME business mentoring and incubation that conducted by Roemah Martha Tilaar in Gombong, Kebumen. This training consists of 4 modules including branding introduction, business model canvas, visual graphic, and digital marketing. It also completed with simple exercises to study the cases.  
Combined with guidance and assistance from expert trainers and team from the SME Ministry,  Wulan hopes the modules and program will be efficient and synergize harmonious to produce positive impact for the society and become a good beginning to start other sustainable social activities.
