The Reception of Martha Tilaar Group’s 2024 MSIB MTDP Participants
After the signing event of MSIB Program collaboration some times ago,
Martha Tilaar Group is also held a reception for 2024 MSIB MTDP
Participants on Wednesday, February 29. Took place at Graha Cedefindo,
Martha Tilaar Group is welcoming 70 students from well-known
universities in Indonesia, as the new internships in the company.
This
MSIB program will be combined with Management Trainee progam in Martha
Tilaar Group called Martha Tilaar Development Program (MTDP). Next, the
participants will be placed in 6 fields which are Human Resource,
Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Research
& Development, and IT, and will be spread in 8 unit businesses and 1
Martha Tilaar Academy. Accompanied by competent mentors from Martha
Tilaar Group, the participants expected to learn valuable lessons from
the company, and the other hand, will give beneficial roles for the
company.
In this opportunity, the CEO of Martha Tilaar Group,
Dr. Kilala Tilaar, shared some valuable insights about company’s
history, business flow, marketing trend, and many more for all the
participants, as the provisions during the internships in the company.
Dr. Kilala Tilaar also hopes that all the mentors and participants can
work hand in hand and becomes a mutual support system, so the aims of
the program will achieved. Beside him, DR.(H.C) Martha Tilaar who also
attended the event wishes that the participants can carry out their
obligations with discipline, honesty, innovation, tenacity, and
perseverance, based on the DJITU philosophy in the company.
As a
part of the reception, the participants of 2024 MSIB MTDP program is
also following a grooming and beauty class session supported by one of
Martha Tilaar Groups brands, Sariayu. Through this activity, MSIB
participants expected to be more aware of the importance of appearance,
to look neat, beautiful and attractive in the professional world. The
girls are trained to use makeup properly, while the boys are taught how
to look neat. Beside the appearance, they also taught how to behave,
from walking to sitting etiquette. With all this knowledge, we hope they
could be a good representative for the company.
