Towards the end of the batch 6 independent internship program last June, Martha Tilaar Group invited all MSIB MTDP participants to visit Martha Tilaar's Kampoeng Djamoe Organik in Sukabumi. A total of 69 students from various universities in Indonesia were invited to see the organic garden belonging to the Martha Tilaar Group and carry out many natural activities there.

What is MSIB MTDP? MSIB (Certified Independent Study and Internship) is part of the Independent Campus Learning program organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Through the Martha Tilaar Academy, the Martha Tilaar Group was entrusted by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education to become a company for students from various universities in Indonesia to take part in this program. Through this program, students are expected to have the provisions to enter the world of work later.

As part of the MSIB program at the Martha Tilaar Group, some time ago the company invited the MSIB Martha Tilaar Group participants to visit an organic garden in Sukabumi, namely Kampoeng Djamoe Organik (KaDO) Martha Tilaar. Accompanied by the board of directors of the Martha Tilaar Group including Dr. Kilala Tilaar as CEO of Martha Tilaar Group, KaDO team and several mentors, MSIB MTDP participants had the opportunity to know the ins and outs of plant cultivation, especially Medicinal, Cosmetic and Aromatherapy Plants (TOKA), including how the KaDO team works starting from organic plant development, post planting, to packaging. Not only that, the students were also invited to tour the KaDO, symbolically plant several plant collections, and even team building activities.

In his speech, Kilala expressed his appreciation to the MSIB MTDP Batch 6 participants who had carried out the work program well for 4 months in the Martha Tilaar Group business units. “Thank you for joining the Martha Tilaar Group. I hope that what you learn and absorb during your internship at Martha Tilaar Group can become useful provisions for the future in the world of work. "Always success to all of you," he said.
